asking bout my abdominal pain?

i have chills, headache, fatique also with a fever and have this abdominal pain …been happening for a week now i went to the nursing station to get the pregnancy test done and it was negative and urin test came normal too…what could cause the illness? i have advil and tylenol it only works for a lil while then felt sick again, like 3 to 5 hours…and we dont have a hostipal here have to fly out to go there…and i have a surgery b4 like 2 month ago about my overies the doc said i had a small cyst …but nothing big….i just wanna know whats causing it and what should i do?…..and i know im not a good writter )
