sudden severe lower abdominal pain

Abdominal pain,what could it be?
For the past 3 days,I’ve been having severe abdominal pain in the LEFT lower bit of my abdomen,all of a sudden yesterday morning the pain switched to the RIGHT lower abdomen.
I’ve been running a fever,have totally lost my apatite and can’t bring myself to go out or do anything.
The doctor suggested a kidney stone,but the pain is no where near my kidneys?
Abdominal pain accompanied by a fever isn’t something to fool around with. Some abdominal symptoms can be serious. You should think about going to an ER or urgent care walk-in center.
