I am able to do the hand signs for Marfan Syndrome but wasn’t diagnosed, can I just look like a Marfan?

I’m looking for a diagnosis for myself. It was suggested that I may have Marfan Syndrome; turns out I don’t have enough criteria. I can do the hand signs, my wing span is longer than my length, and that’s about it. I don’t have any other sign of it. Heart is fine. I suffer from frequent rectum and abdominal pain and constant fatigue. I’m tired of being tired. Looking for some help. Also don’t know if it’s related but I also have a problem with what appears to be eczema on my fingers, chronic eczema. Three fingers are cracked bleeding, it’s difficult to move it because it’s so stiff and painful to move. I’ve tried putting my symptoms into symptom searches but to no avail. Maybe someone can help.

Yes, it is possible, but if I were you I would see a doctor about some of your problems! I did not have ay problems at all until I was 37. I was diagnosed with Marfans when I was 2. You might also check out Ehlers-Danlos, a related disorder.
For more information check out the Marfan website (marfan, org).
I would also like to invite you to join our support group chat if you are interested. It consists of people with Marfans or people with friends/family with it. Contact iowamarf@yahoo.com. The group meets on-line at 8 pm EST on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday.
