Horrible abdominal pain?

I just recently like 45 minutes ago started get to get bad horrible pain on the right side of low down by my stomach. I really don’t know what it is? I was think maybe it could be a cyst bursting, because I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. Help please?

Some cysts can burst or rupture. If this happens, how you feel depends on what the cyst contained, whether it is infected and whether there is any bleeding. There will usually be some pain when a cyst ruptures, but it should only be severe pain if there is bleeding or infection. You really need to get it checked out if the pain is that bad.
