abdomial pain PLEASE HELP !!!!!?

im having really bad abdominal pain in my lower right abdominal quadrant. i have been having this pain for a few days and its gotten really bad tonight. The pain radiates to my back im nauseated/vomiting as well. I do not have a fever. i do have a history of ovarian cyst and im just wondering what could cause this much pain…. thanks for your help

Could be an ovarian cyst.
I had severe right abdo and back pain, vomiting/nausea, lack of appetite, tiredness, lethargic, painkillers dont work etc…
I went back and for to the doctors and hospital until one night the pain was so bad i went to the hospital again and they decided to do a laprascopy to see what was going on. When i came around they told me i had had a 8cm twisted cyst on my right ovary! Which was going gangerous and could of ruptered and been very serious! The pain was unbearable but I was lucky to get it removed before it was too late.
