abdominal pain eat
Not eating and abdominal pain question…?
I am getting over a cold and did not eat barely anything (sprite and water and a few peanut butter crackers here and there), for 4 days because I had no appetite, and today I ate a big breakfast (pancakes, eggs, and sausage) and I am now having lower abdominal pain, some minimal naseau and bowel urgency. What would cause this? And what can I do to make it stop?
You ate too much too soon. Your stomach shrunk a little from not eating and drinking. You should start off with clear liquids, then soft food to see how you tolerate it. No wonder your stomach hurts, eating a huge breakfast like that. Your body is telling you, “Whoa, that was too much!”
What do you do to keep yourself from over eating?
