I am experiencing hookworm symptoms? Help?

At first I thought it was pinworms, but then I noticed that the irritation (Kind of an itching, but mostly just discomfort) around the anus was day and night so I paid no attention, thinking it was a minor irritation because I have had problems like that in the past. Then I pooped and when I wiped there was something that looked a lot like a hookworm on the toilet paper. It was dead if it was one. I’ve been having diarrhea and minor constipation (Usually happens to me though) plus mild abdominal pain. Being a girl those could just be cramps. I haven’t been walking barefoot at ALL, especially not in public places. I am scared stiff of parasites. Please help…

Advice – Deworm yourself . Go to your local physician and she can give you a dose or two of antihelmenthic that will kill all the common worms in your geographical location . Albendazole for example can be used to treat hook worms.
