abdominal pain near navel
Why is there soreness around my belly button?
Just in the past two days I have noticed that the left side (looking down) of my belly button almost where the stomach and belly button meet is pretty tender skin. I have no pains or shooting pains from this nor any discomfort. I have not felt sick at all in any way. The only time I know it is there is when I barely touch it with my finger. That’s the only time it is sore. Other than that I feel nothing from it. I started back to the gym 2 weeks ago and did abdominals that first day. I had sore muscles as expected from not being at the gym for a couple of days but this near y navel is happening a week after the muscle soreness from the gym went away. Like I said, I can walk and maneuver just fine since there is no pain and do not discharge blood in any form. I do not feel any lumps or bumps anywhere in my abdominal area either. Any help would be appreciated.
I have had the problem It was really nothing serious but if it persists see the doc to be on the safe side. Also get foods that move the bowels or a GENTLE laxative.
If it persists see the doc.
