Do I have the swine flu? or just the flu in general?

Within the last hour i just got very bad abdominal pain, like cramps. Though I know it’s not my period since i just had it a couple weeks ago. I also feel like I may vomit…like a severe loss of appetite. I have not gotten any flu vaccines this year and that’s probably really bad.
I’m just trying to go to sleep and I find it very impossible right now considering i feel very ill. I don’t want to miss any more school considering i’ve been home the past two days due to headaches.
any advice?

In response to the headline- it really doesn’t matter which you have. Swine flu is not more dangerous (it may actually be less dangerous but it’s more contagious). Follow the above poster’s advice.
