I have no regular Doctor because i have no medical insurance and don’t qualify for any.

Wow, by first and best advice is to talk to your doctor about this. All of the above could be attributed to your pregnancy. As you grow bigger the baby pushes up into the space you usually have to breath and can cause you to feel a little short of breath. Upper abdominal pain into your back could be baby moving and or kicking you in various places. Hot flashed could be hormones. Nausea can occur because your is also pressed by the baby. Dizziness can happen with quick changes from laying to sitting also because of baby pressing on everything… That being said these symptoms could also be signs of trouble such as early labor, complications of pregnancy such as pre-eclampsia (sort of high blood pressure related to pregnancy), pregnancy induced diabetes (high sugar) etc. Most doctors do not want people to take many medications AT ALL because they can affect the baby. The only two things I have had doctors agree on being okay over the counter is Tylenol (acetaminophen) for aches and and TUMS antacids for stomach trouble. At this stage of your pregnancy I can’t stress enough the importance of discussing these problems with a doctor.
