abdominal pain wrong diagnosis

Abdominal tenderness?

I have localized pain in my lower abdomen, near my hip bones. Mainly on the right side, but sometimes left. It’s not an intense pain but is more of a soreness/tenderness feeling. A urine analysis showed traces of infection and dehydration, no pregnancy. A bladder infection is the main suspicion but I’m not having any discomfort urinating. No abnormal bowel movements or vaginal discharge or fever or vomiting. Could the tests have been wrong? My blood work is coming back tomorrow but I’m anxious for a diagnosis. Has anyone suffered from an experience like this?!?!?!

yeahhh.
i went through test after test and they couldn’t find anything.
at first they thought it was irritable bowel syndrome, so they put me on zelnorm. that helped a little, but i still kept getting the pains. so they sent me to a specialist and found cysts on both of my ovaries. they just burst and my body reapsorbs the fluid–not really much they could do and it was nothing serious. maybe have your doctor check that out? hope i could help :)
