Can someone help me out with this?

I have twin 2 year old boy’s, and in November I discovered I was going to have number 3. A little while after about 2/3 weeks I had moderate abdominal pain and bleeding. The doctors monitored my Beta HCG for 3 days and everything was ok. On Tuesday of this week I had severe pain in my lower abdomen. I went to the emergency room. Mind you at this time I think I am 10 weeks. Nothing showed on the ultrasound and my HCG was at only 536. The doctor told me that when I had the bleeding awhile ago I most likely lost the child non knowingly and this is a whole new pregnancy is this true or does somebody have a better answer. Please help I just want to know if everything is ok.

Never had this happen to me, so I can’t tell you. If that’s what the doctor is saying, listen to the doctor. When you have an ultrasound, they should be able to tell pretty close to how old the baby is.
