Abdominal pain, tender to the touch, hard what is it?

For the past week and half to two weeks I have had lower stomach and sometimes a little above the belly button pain. It moves from side to side and is very hard, when I touch it, it hurts. I’ve had nausea, fatigue, and more frequent bathroom trips.
My period was irregular for the first time in years, the first two days was light spotting, third day nothing, and fourth through sixth days were normal flow. It also came 3 days earlier than my normal period. I’ve also had some restless nights….oh yeah, and lots of indigestion.. Any ideas?

Could it be IBS? Irritable Bowel Syndrome?
