Does anyone know the signs of lymphoma/leukemia?

Hi, I have low blood platelets. We noticed this about 10 years ago.( I am 27 with 2 kids). I’ve been having headaches, tiredness, and for the past month, abdominal pain of the morning. I’ve been having neck and back pain, so my dr sent more for xrays, mri, then a ct. They’ve all showed enlarged nodes in the neck. It said several nodes, the largest being 1.4 cm. The ct showed small submandibular lymph nodes, and the largest one measures 13x11mm and centered near the angle of left mandible. My hematologist told me that with the blood platelets, it is likely to end up with lymphoma. Unfortunately, he is out of the country and I can’t see him for a week. My primary dr said he would probably biopsy them. I guess I get to worry myself until then. Thanks for the help and support.

My daughter had leukemia and her symptoms were fatigue, leg pain, bruising, loss of appetite. I’m not positive about Lymphoma symptoms, but here is a helpful website and foundation that has tons of info.
