abdominal pain near hip bone
have i got a hernia. im worried?
alright, this is what happend 3 days ago..
i was doing some weight lifting, and then whilst doing barbel upright rows.. i got a sharp pain in the left of my abdominal area. like, near the Hip bone. it didnt last for that long, maybe 1-2 seconds, but it instantly made me think of hernia. Barbel upright rows are actually arm movements as well, nothing like squats or deadlifts.. they’re very different movements..
i have been feeling my scrotum and my stoumach for any “bulges” and stuff. i have been seeing if i’m getting any pain.. but honestly, no pain. just very SLIGHT SLIGHT almost unnoticable ache (i dont know what to call the most minimal amount of pain).. like at the moment im having no pain what so ever, none..
ive read up online and it says that the hernia may not even be painful at all, and the bulge can either develope instantly or over a longer period of time. so i’ve stopped weight lifting and such just incase it makes the situation worse. what you think?
i think i have the exact same problem, it occured also when i was weight lifting, but now it seems everytime i lift something up, i get an ache, but its not unnoticable at all. i would also like to know if this is a hernia or not.
