lower Abdominal pain?

Im currently 19 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child have in the early stages of pregnancy i suffered really bad lower abdominal pain but when i went for my 12 week scan midwife said everythink was fine, since then i have been getting the same pain but only about 3 times. but last night i suffered REALLY bad lower abdominal pain which moved up my sides and lower back the pain was that bad it made my vomit i rang the hospital and they said because i was not bleeding everythink is more then likely ok has anyone else suffered with this? i cant help worrying there might be somethink wrong i go for my 20 week scan on the 31st any advice on what i should do?

hot water bottle and call your midwife or doctor explain your concerns
