Im 12 dpo and do I just have to have implantation bleeding to be pregnant?

Im starting to get discouraged b/c every ones saying they had or is having implantation blood and Im not..Me and hubby want a baby so bad.here’s some other symptoms im having:headaches,nausea,very gassy,lower abdominal pain (is this normal?),kind dizzy sometimes and sore nips. all since 7 dpo and NO im not imaging anything this is real im starting to give my hopes up..I think i am and then i think im not.. what do you guys think? AF is due June 14th..I ovulated May 31st..I have a 27 day cycle im just scared to test, i aslo have acne is it PMS or pregnancy?

Only about 20-30% of women have implantation bleeding. I had spotting for the first couple weeks after I found out but I don’t think it was implantation bleeding. Your symptoms sound promising. I’m not sure about the lower abdominal pain. Acne can be from PMS or pregnancy.
