My GF got examined for her hernia by a pervert Doctor, is the exam supposed to be like that?!?!?

Let me explain you briefly, she got hernia surgery when she was little, it was in the abdominal regions, the scars are a around 3 fingers down bellow navel and on the right. SHe lifted some heavy things before two days, and the scars got inflamed and she felt pain there.
She went on exam. Laid on the table, was with underwear. Her scars have nothing to do with that area, nothing!!! The doctor said that she needs to be naked for the exam and she undressed herself!?!!??! I mean? W T F ?!!?!!
Is that right? Should pay this doctor a visit?!

Inguinal hernias often present in the groin area, on one side or the other of the pubic bone. I am assuming that this is what he was examining. He’d have to palpate the entire lower abdominal area to include the groin.
