Doctors/nurses/gynecologists.. only please?

I am having lower abdominal pain, right above the pubic area, and it hurts all the way up to my navel. It hurts when I bend over, when I use the bathroom, and when I get sexually aroused. It also hurts on one side more than the other but they both still hurt right where me ovaries are located. I had blood work taken and I also had a ultrasound of my pelvis and everything came back normal according to my doctor. But he told me that my estrogen level was low. Can anybody out there help me to understand what in the hell is going on? Thank You Very Much.. and yes I am female
I’ve had my appendix taken out.. so its not that. But I have been having a lot of diarreah.

Do you have fever, nausea, vomitting, or have recently been taking any new antibiotics? I ask this because if it were appendicitis it may show up on a CT scan not necessarily an ultrasound. If you have taken any antibiotics recently you may have an overgrowth of bacteria where it is not supposed to be. This happend to me not to long ago and a CT scan ruled out appendicitis. If you have pain when you push down and more pain when you let go then suspect appendicitis. Another thing you can do is to stand on your tippy toes and drop down to your heals quickly. If that makes it worse suspect appendicitis. After I had a CT scan and ovarian cysts were ruled out I was told to follow up with my gastroenterologist and when I did he told me it was because I had taken antibiotic recently and had an overgrowth of bad bacteria and I was prescribed xifaxin and digex for bowel cramping. I could have been hospitalized or died if I had not gone in. A family member of mine died from an overgrowth of bacteria that spread to all her organs. It’s probably better to be safe and get into see a gastroenterologist when other things have been ruled out and your gynecologist should have told you to follow up with a gastroenterologist or internist. Not everything has to be gynecological related.

Edited: I just checked back and saw you said you have diarrhea. You might have an overgroth of bacteria like I stated before and the antibiotic xifaxin is also used to treat “travelers diarrhea” and I remember reading on the antibiotic insert when it was given to me for what I had. But I’m not a doctor. I recommend you call your family doctor or get into see a gastroenterologist. You may also want to ask for a drug called digex as it can help bowel cramping if is suspected that you have an infection. I’m going to forward your question to another member on here in the meantime who may be of more help. If at this time you do not have a fever or aren’t really sick you may be o.k. waiting till Monday but if the pain is getting worse and you feel you are getting worse don’t hesitate to go in earlier. I know it’s the weekend so maybe if you try calling your family doctor letting him/her know and maybe they can get you in or know what may be causing you to be sick.
