Please help answer my question about abdominal discomfort and pain!!?

I have been having a feeling of fullness in my lower abdomen, from my naval down to my groin, there also feels like there is something solid inside, I know it sounds mad but it sometimes feels like it moves, no I cannot be pregnant as i’ve had 4 c-sections already and had tubal ligation after my last that was 2 yrs. ago. I am also having pain in the same area it is like a stabbing pain, like lots of needles sticking in all over my lower abdomen. I also find it hard to fully empty my bowel every time I go, and sometimes cannot pass wind properly and it hurts too!! This is really worrying me now and I hope someone can give me some advice please! Thanks

It sounds to me like your constipated which can cause gas, this may be what you feeling when you say something is moving inside. You should follow up with your doctor to see what he thinks. Hope this gives you some answers.
