acute abdominal pain?

The pain I’m having started a couple of months ago as a little niggling feeling down in my lower right abdomen, now two months on I am having severe pain all up the right hand side of my abdomen, occasionaly in the middle and left hand sides, feels like a bad stitch or extrememly bad period pains. I also have severe pain in my lower back which has worsened and spread further up over time.

I’ve been to the doctors a few times over the last month or two, been checked for pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, sti’s, uti’s, had blood tests, an ultrasound to check for ovarian cysts and everything has came back clear. doctor won’t do anything except refer me to a gynaecologist but that should take 4-5 MONTHS! i’m in agony almost all the time – the question is if i take myself down to A&E will someone actually deal (cause it’s not really an emergency) with me and try to find out what’s going on? or does anyone know what might be wrong with me? what should i do?

first of all yes going to the emergency room is a very good idea. explain your situtation. tell them about the test your doctor has ran. i can not begin to tell you what might be wrong. because i am not a doctor but if you are having this much pain. then go. a hospital never refuses treatment and they always try and find out what is causing the problem.
