What is the easiest way to fix massive ?

I used to go to the gym 4 days a week for a few years, but the gym I went to was so expensive so I stopped going in January. I haven’t gained weight, but I’ve definitely lost muscle mass and I wanted to get in shape so I joined a cheaper gym. It has been since January that I’ve been on a 4-day a week routine and I really screwed up my abdominal muscles. I can’t make the slightest movement without it hurting like hell. Standing up straight is impossible. I’m at work right now and I was thinking of going to Kmart on my lunch break to get icy hot patches to wear for the rest of the day – will this help? What else can I do? This is near unbearable, I’ve never pulled any muscle this bad before.
I have tried taking Ibuprofen and it doesn’t help.

i guess since your at work you cnat do it but try taking a hot shower on the tub or going into a sauna

this helps me out when im really sore or befor i go to the gym to loosen up. if you can do that then try to slowly move your muscles so you dont just all of a sudden start using them
