abdominal pain sickness
no morning sickness….?
as i have said in my previous question “sore bellybutton?” i am 8 weeks 1 day pregnant…
now i think im one of the lucky ones… i have only had a little nausea but no vometing. im guessing thats normal as some woman dont get it.
but i have had no morning sickness along with slight abdominal pain, it comes and goes, and also the bellybutton being sore (to see more info, go to my previous question), headaches, constapation, and backaches
i’ve had no bleeding what so ever and everything else seems to be normal.
this is just normal pregnancy isnt it?
i just need piece of mind
Relax in three easy steps…
1.Get a good book that will explain the changes of your body and the developing baby. The name of the book I recommend is, What to Expect Now that You are Expecting.
2. Eat a bowl of bran cereal every morning. Raisin Bran, Wheat Bran, whatever. Prenatal vitamins can be constipating due to the iron they contain.
3. Increase your fluids, this will help with aches and pains, including headaches. Drink plenty of water and milk and fruit juice. Leave the sodas completely alone.
Best wishes for a happy pregnancy and a healthy baby. I loved being pregnant. I was blessed with a healthy baby. I believe a lot of this is a matter of perspective.
