I started bleeding 2 days ago and have passed 5 palm sized blood clots today wtf?

I started bleeding 2 days ago and have passed 5 palm sized blood clots today and have bled heavily I’ve also had dizzy spells and mild abdominal pain, my last period was 22/09/2010 could this be an early miscarriage? or and early period?
my periods aren’t usually heavy

It could be a miscarriage but it could also be an early period.

Are your periods normally this heavy? Either way I think you should go to a doctor, as it could be something serious. My doctor told me that it’s not that common for women to pass clots unless or until they’ve had children — I pass clots every time I’m on my period because of a uterine fibroid…
So I would advise you to get it checked, just to be sure :/
