Question about adrenal gland lesions?

I have a low thyroid function, the dr checked this when i told him I was ALWAYS tired. I also have abdominal pain. So the Dr did a CT and found a 3 cm lesion on my adrenal gland. Could this be effecting my thyroid?
Are they going to want to remove this? I keep getting contradictory info on websites I read on the internet.

Low thyroid but I didn’t gain weight. Was just always tired. Plus my electrolytes were low when he checked me for infection.

high cortisol levels (secreted from the adrenal glands) can suppress the thyroid gland producing less thyroid hormone

most likely the doctor will just have to do more blood work – there are treatments however
