35 weeks pregnant upper abdominal pain, pressure in back.?

ok im 35 weeks pregnant, I dont sleep, I have contractions/braxton hicks all night long but they are not painful enough compared to my last pregnancy to call the hospital.
They start in my lower back and move to the front, but by the time I have fallen asleep at maybe 4 or 5 am I wake up and they have gone, but when I walk around the pressure in my back is unbearable and im walking really weird. I also have upper abdominal pain and am struggling to breath normally. Has anyone else had this? Can you provide me with some information as to what it could be, am I in labour or not?

Go to the hospital whether it is real or false labor theyu will tell you. Plus they can stop it if its real, unless your water breaks. By the way, just in case my nephew was born at 35 weeks and was fine- never spent any time in the NICU- went home like the rest of the full-term babies.
