Abdominal Muscle Pain?

I was doing push ups two days ago and felt a pop and a pulling sensation in my middle/lower left abdominal side. When I got up I was seeing spots. The spot was a little sore and a red spot appeared.
Later in the night the pain became intense sharp stabbing sensation. ( I was at marching Band where you have to pull/ separate from the hips in many cases.) By 8 o’clock i was in tears and couldn’t take it anymore. I was dizzy, felt like I was about to puke and fuzzy headed.
Today the puking sensation and pain at the injury point still existis. I layed down all yesterday.
What could this be?
Lifting objects also hurts.
It was hurting really bad a few seconds ago and the pain made me puke.

If you’re in that much pain, you definitely need to go to the hospital.
