MAJOR LOWER BACK, ABDOMINAL, GROIN PAIN! please answer!?

I’ve been having such bad lower back, abdominal, and groin pain. it’s aching, cramping, and dull. SOmetimes it will stop and sometimes it will continue for hours, and this has been going on for days. PLEASE ANSWER ME! How do I reduce the pain??? Pretty sure it’s not like a back sprain or something, but internal problems like kidney stone/ovarian cyst or something. Could it be a urine infection? Just feels really uncomfortable!

an important question is when was your last bowel movement(poop)? if it’s been longer than a couple of days you may be constipated. however, regardless of what it may be, you are definately describing a condition that needs to be seen by a doctor. another question to confirm your need to see a doc is if you feel like the problem is getting worse…this is a big red flag that needs medical attention. I would rather go to the doc and feel silly that the problem was nothing than to not go and be worse off. best of luck and please go to the doc.
