What’s causing my lower abdominal pain?

I keep getting really bad pains in my lower stomach, it’s on both sides, and just next to my pelvis. I have been getting constipation and diarreah, keeps changing it’s bloody mind! And the pain feels worse when i do use the toilet or when i hunch my tummy muscles or drink alcohol. Occasionally the pains are so sharp that i jump or yelp. It started off as a squirmy kind of feeling in my middle tummy and then gradually became sharp pains in my left lower abdominal area, and now my right. What could this be? I’ve never had it before until now. Also i can tell you that the pain is definitely stomach related and not my reproductive system but thats it. Any ideas?

get checked out for Irritable bowel syndrome and chrons disease. it could just be dietary but get a poo sanple tested incase its campylobactor or helicobactor. go to the doctor!!
