Pelvic Pain with extreme low back pain ???

first i should start out by saying i am a 23 year old female!! pretty regular cycles.. heavy, sometimes late but no major problems there.. my main symptoms are pelvis pain sharp spasm mainly right side but sometimes left.. constant extreme lower back pain, frequent urination, gas, abdominal pain, on and off fatigue, pain during intercourse, unable to empty bladder sometimes, which then becomes very uncomfortable!!.. My doctor has done blood tests, pelvic exam, colonoscpy, upper gi, urine samples, checked my kidneys, bladder, gallbladder, and they have all come back normal.. it’s not a uti and i’m not pregnant and i don’t have any std’s. Does anybody have any suggestions or has any body gone through this and has any advice!!!! any help would be appreciated!!!! thanks
