abdominal pain fiber
Can constipation LEAD to appendicitis?
I’ve had constipation for 2 or 3 days , and ate alot of fiber and drank alot of water. And then now, (5 days later) I have abdominal pain… I’m thinking it’s appendicitis, but I’m a big hypochondriac.
I was just wondering, could it lead to appendicitis?
Chronic constipation can cause a fecaloma a “stone of feces” which is believed to be something that can cause appendicitis.
3 days without crapping isn’t gonna cause a fecaloma.
And the pain of appendicitis is very severe you would know something was really wrong.
