abdominal pain child
Is this abdominal pain normal?
My period was due today 18th of December. My last period was on the 14th of November and my period before that was on the 11th of October.
I stopped taking the pill on the 6th of October and got my period 11th of October (withdraw bleeding).
I am trying to get pregnant with my first child. During the past week or so, I have had mild abdominal cramping. Today and yesterday afternoon these pains seemed to be like menstuation cramps, so I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negitive. Throughout the day these pains got worst, so I went to my GP. He did a urine test there and it was negitive, so I got a blood test, but if my period was due today and I was pregnant would this come back positive? or is it to early.
I told the doctor that I was experiencing abdominal pains and he didn’t think much of it. But I am worried if I where pregnant that I could be misscarrying or have an ectopic pregnancy.
I need to know is if abdominal cramping is a sign of pregnancy and is it normal?
If your period was due today then usually a urine test will show the hormones in your urine. You could be one of those people that just have low hormone levels though. Ectopic pregnancy pain is on one side or the other. Most likely your getting ready to start your period.
