I suffer from chronic pain in abdominal and in the inside of my uterus?

I have constant pain in my lower abdominal area and the inside of my uterus high up which gets worse during my period but is excuriating every day. I’ve had a tumor and two cysts removed off of my fallopian tube and ovary. My last pap smear said I had severly abnormal pre-cancerous cells. I don’t have much money and can’t see a doctor and the hospitals can’t figure out exactly what’s wrong with me. Can anyone please tell me what is going on and how I can get help I can’t take living in pain much longer. I would love to hear from anyone who also is living with these symptoms. Plus when I have intercourse with my husband if he enters all the way there is a spot that causes so much pain I have passed out. help please.

i had these symptoms going on and they said it was the onset of endometriosis, do some research on it endometriosis and see if ti fits your symptoms
