Fatigue 24 hrs. a day, lower left abdominal constant dull pain, bloating feeling, blood in stool. Any idea???
I am waiting on blood test results at this very moment. Had rectal exam to check for bleeding hemorrhoids, everything checked out ok there.
Sounds like the exact same symptoms I had right before I had to have my appendix removed.
