abdominal pain right side
Lower back and abdominal pain, right side?
Right.. for the last two weeks i have had lower back pain which has been getting progressively worse. It’s not unbearable although it’s bad enough to complain about. Over the last couple of days it has spread round the the front of my abdomen…. feels like i’m being prodded in my ovaries. It is on both my right and left side but comes up higher on my right side. I have had an ovarian cyst in the past. My last period was 3 weeks ago.
Any ideas??
I have booked an ultrasound scan to check my ovaries on Tuesday but i was wondering if anyone else had any ideas.
One thing is for sure, you have pinched muscles in your back for that pain and that is easy to take care of by releasing the muscles in your back. The rest of the pain you are feeling is also coming from that pinched muscle only not directly from it. When the muscles get pinched they pull the vertebrae together in the back and then they end up pressing against the nerves for other organs of the body as they leave the spine. If you have pressure on the ones going to your ovaries they are going to end up in pain sooner or later and I would guess that is what has happened to you. Releasing your back muscles is also the answer for this so once they are released these two problems should be gone. Here is how to release the muscles in your back:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling.
