32 weeks pregnant, abdominal pain on right side!?

i’m almost 32 weeks pregnant….i’ve been having lower abdominal pain and backache throughout my pregnancy…last night i went to sleep on my left side…don;t know how long i slept in that position, i woke up in the middle of the night and changed my position and laid on my back…when i straightened my right leg, i felt a horrible pain on my lower right side of the abdomen, i almost screamed with pain…i couldn’t move or even breathe for about 10 secs, it felt like sumthing was burst or torn from the inside, the baby started a quick movement after that…then the pain turned into a burning feeling for a while and then disappeared…was that normal??

Yes it’s normal, you pulled a tendon.
