pooping problems(serious answers only)?

Whenever I poop it seems like the last inch or two of poop remains stuck up there. I have been using Metamucil and I still have this problem, it almost seems like something is enlarged up there for some reason. When it does get stuck up there I will then have these sharp upper abdominal/lung pains the rest of the day. What can this be? Could something be wrong with my prostate? I am a male in my late 20′s. I have been trying to do research online but haven’t really found much. Thank You
Thank you soo very much for the replies that I have already received. I will check out a few of the things that were mentioned. I will also add that I lost my job late last year and with that I lost all my health coverage as well

You really should see a doctor. The symptoms you describe sound like symptoms of colon cancer. If they catch it early enough, colon cancer is almost always treatable. Go to WebMD and look it up. Good luck and God bless!
