22, female, lower left abdominal pain, sometimes right, all tests normal?

My daughter is 22 and has lower left abdominal pain that sometimes radiates to the lower right side that has lasted for 1 month and has kept her from functioning. No change with her period. Had laparascopy on female parts, appendix, outside of colon. Had colonoscopy back in the fall. All normal. Had a whole bunch of bloodwork done and all is clear. No gas/constipation problems. Any advise would be much appreciated. This actually flared up in March and she has a urinary tract infection but we had more tests and a CAT scan done and that was normal too.

I’m no doctor that’s for sure but have you considered an
alternative health practicioner?
