Lower abdominal pain in teen!?
3 days ago when i was doing jumping jacks, i got a sudden sharp pain in my lower stomch area(its not a muscle hurting!). I am trying to gain weight back(i am trying to recover anorexia) and have been stuffing myself with foods(healthy kashi cereals,lots of broccoli, apples, oranges, oatmeal, baked beans, soy milk, yogurt, whole wheats….and alot of them, oh and airpopped popcorn).
I try to make sure I have alot of fiber in my diet, is that why my abdominals hurt??
I drink alot of green tea, chamomile, peppermint, and herb teas along with regular water. (6-10 cups per day)
Can anyone tell me why it hurts soo bad?! please help.

It’s VERY good you are in recovery! Good for you!
If it is still hurting and not getting better, it’s probably now been long enough to go see the doc. However if it is gradually returning to normal, you are probably OK and can just monitor it as you are doing.
Maybe better not to “stuff” yourself but go for balance all the way around. Are you getting enough protein?
Anyway, do monitor that pain. Take it to the doctor if it does not get all better.
