abdominal pain scar tissue
Has anyone had this problem? Please help!!?
I have had severe lower abdominal pain for over 2 years. The pain started after I had a miscarriage and had a procedure done. Originally my gynecologist said that I had ovarian cysts and possibly endometriosis (I have had to c-sections and had a lot of scar tissue from them). I was placed on birth control to shrink the cysts (which apparently worked because they’re gone) but the pain still persists. At times the pain can be excruciating and affects my lower back as well and I will have trouble even with sitting upright. I recently had a laparoscopy done and the scar tissue was removed. Endometriosis wasn’t present, but she found something else that needed to be removed (began w/a C but was still out of it when told so don’t remember. For the first time in over 2 yrs I didn’t have constant abdominal pain, but this only lasted 2 wks before the pain was back. Has anyone had anything similar happen to them? What was it? Did anything help? I can’t take the pain anymore!!!
I have lost 3 babies and had to have a d&c done all 3 times and with my last 2 children I had a c-section with both of them…I have some mild to moderate pain ,but nothing like what your going through.I am sorry for what you are going through and I wish I could help.
Maybe if you could see a different doctor just to make sure all of the scar tissue is gone.
