Is it a posibility of anxiety? Or could it be something else?

I have been having numbness all over my body along with aches and pains(including my sides and chest). I get shakey at times and constant headaches. I get muscle spasms and get dizziness, sometimes following nausea and abdominal pain. Could all this be te cause of anxiety? I went to the hospita lfor it already, they said its probably just anxiety. The hospital near me isnt really a hospital who knows what theyre doing. But all my symptoms, could that just be anxiety too?

It sounds to me like a panic attact. My best friend has them from time to time. They can be pretty scary, causing all the symptoms you mentioned.
