Jelly-like substance in urine?

I am a 20 year old female and for about 2 months I have been having uti symptoms such as: lower back pain, abdominal pain, bladder pressure, frequent urination, and now I have been noticing this jelly-like yellow substance in my urine when I wipe.

I have been to the doctor. I was tested for pregnancy, uti, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and the regular pap. All tests were negative. The doctor doesnt know whats going on. Im very scared because I dont know whats going on but I know somethin isnt right. Does anyone have a clue what this could be??? Thanks alot!

Sometimes women can have symptoms of a uti and have it show up negative. I urge you to consult with a urologist for further diagnosis. There is a chance it could be I.C. or interstitial cystitis in which there is not an actual infection but something wrong with the bladder. A urologist can confirm if it was a uti and or something else. Did your doctor send the urine off to the lab for culture? Some in office sticks test negative and then test positive for growing bacteria in the lab. If the doctor told you right away that you did not have a uti chances are he/she did not send it to the lab. Both me and other family members have tested negative for the in office stick test and then positive for infection. If it was sent to the lab and is still negative you should see a urologist.
