upper abdominal pain muscles

having muscle tremors in the abdomen region, upper legs and buttocks. What could this be caused by?
When im in bed i feel like there is a flickering of small muscles in my lower abdomen. Also odd muscle spasms in small muscles in my butt. I am also having slight abdominal pain in my lower right abdomen region.
you might want to find a doctor. right lower abominal pain could be apendicitis, you might just have exercised to hard but if not muscle spasms can be from bacteria, some toxins, or some stress issues
