Abdominal pain– 30 weeks pregnant?

For the last 2 or 3 days I’ve had some minor pain in my abdomen, just to the right of and below my bellybutton. It’s gotten significantly worse today, and when I sneezed about an hour ago it hurt pretty bad. It hurts when I push on it, whatever it is, and it’s starting to freak me out. My husband suggested it might be a pulled muscle, but I don’t know. I’m 30 weeks pregnant. Does this warrant a trip to the ER (it’s the middle of the night here) or to the walk-in clinic tomorrow? I never experienced this with my first pregnancy so I really don’t know what to make of it.

maybe your baby is in a weird positions and he/she is hurts your intestines or something? depending on the pain 1-10..if it was over 5. i would go to the er under 5 id call the doc in the morning? as long as the baby is moving and the pain is okay to handle id say don’t worry about it, but listen to your intuition
